Notaries Public to Have Access to Personal Data
From January 1st 2010 the public notaries in Bulgaria will be granted access to the national register of personal documents and to the Population national database supported by the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works. They will have to make check-ups in these databases when issuing certificates upon establishment, change or termination of rights on a real estate property.
